The special quality standards of the photo-sensitive base material can be measured by the following facts: The base material meets all international standards and approvals, as summarized in the IPC 4101 A standard. The photoresist is characterized by precise detail reproduction, high contrast sharpness, and short processing times. Particularly noteworthy is its exceptionally forgiving behavior regarding processing tolerances. Only a sufficiently long exposure is required to guarantee nearly indestructible results. The application of the resist is completely dust-free and edge-clean. The photoresist is baked and artificially aged, allowing for a very long shelf life of guaranteed more than 1 year. This is documented by a label with an expiration date. During exposure and development, the progress of the processing is always clearly visible through corresponding color changes.
