You have to ask directly in your order that you want imperatively different serial numbers.e longer because they will have to repatriate discs in their digérants shop and to sort out according to your request but as you wrote it it is possible that you already doubt the answer now it is up to them to satisfy the customer.. or not ...

The cache is 512 MB and the storage technology is Conventional Magnetic Recording (CMR). The hard drive is filled with helium. The maximum workload rate per year is 550 TB, and the maximum internal transfer rate is 2951 MB/s. The maximum sustained data transfer rate at the edge of the disc is around 247 MB/s.

Exactly - the 1200 MB/s refers only to the SAS-12G interface (theoretical bandwidth). The actual data rate of the Seagate Exos X18 (10 TB, SAS, CMR) is approx. 249 MB/s (sustained transfer rate). Anything above this is a protocol value, not the actual disc performance.

Technically (Sata 3.5") yes, but this HDD is not on Synology's compatibility list. I myself have Exos X16 16TB in use which run without any problems. As a test I had 2 X20 with 20TB in use which were also recognised without problems. (Note when creating the raid groups that the HDD is not on the list and therefore there is no support)

And you don't need to open the packaging to read the serial number. With a strong light source, you can see the serial number through the anti-static film in which the hard drive is wrapped
