Hello, I bought a regulator and made all the connections. When I open the bottle and the flame regulator, I can feel with my hand (and the smell) that the gas is getting to the burner but I can't light the flame (even with a lighter). Have you ever encountered this problem? How do you solve it?

I have the same problem! I have other pressure regulators at home and will test them. If it doesn't help, I will return the grill
