Question about Beurer HK35
Hello. Somehow I have the feeling that there is something wrong with this heating pad. Is it normal that the temperature control gets very hot from time to time? The cushion also gets quite warm at level 3. I'm not used to that with Beurer cushions. FG

Yes, both are true:
The cushion gets a little too warm at level 3.
The controller also gets quite warm and remains permanently warm even after the switch-on time has elapsed.
