With rollholz, fascia training becomes an effective, intense but pleasant experience. The ergonomic shape of rollholz products makes sure that the pressure is distributed to the structures that tolerate it and benefit from it. This relieves the strain on the spine, while the pressure on muscles and connective tissue is evenly distributed. Rollholz products are given their unique shape by traditional woodturning in the southern Black Forest.
