Zalman

Zalman Tech Co. is a South Korean company that develops and markets retrofittable computer products with the primary goal of improving cooling.

Zalman has introduced many products to the market since its founding in 1999 and now holds many patents relating to cooling and noise reduction.

Zalman's product range includes special heat sinks and fans for CPUs, as well as power supplies, water coolers, chipset coolers, graphics card fans, notebook coolers, enclosures and hard drive enclosures that result in low temperature and reduce noise levels.

Zalman was the first manufacturer of a completely fanless housing. It was based on a lamella system that dissipates the heat from the graphics card, motherboard and CPU via the case.

Zalman also penetrated the headphone market with the ZM-RS6F/M 5.1 headphone system.
