brilliant (and inexpensive) intel Video decoder/encoder
installed Debian, jellyfin & plex - it nfs4 mounts the media over one adapter, and sends to clients over the other. It's pretty cool :-)
Very worth it at the sale-price I paid (269-), not sure I would pay almost 400 for it though.
I would also not expect this to perform to any reasonable expectation for a desktop - with only 4Gb of onboard RAM, I couldn't even imagine how Windows could squeeze it's fat ass into this tight little form!

I REALLY like this little box. I recently verified over 12TB of media files with this. It had ZERO problems decoding 8 streams at a time, and went through the entire 12TB (with 1/3 of that being corrupted) in less than 72 Hours. And!!!! (This part got me sooo excited!) It did it all without a heat-sink or cooling of any kind!
Though I don't need to, I'd like to run it with 16 streams and see if it scales linearly!
