The ABB power contactor is a compact and versatile solution for controlling power circuits. The series AF116 to AF750 is suitable for motors as well as for lightly inductive and non-inductive loads. With a wide range of control voltages from 20 to 500 VDC and 24 to 500 VAC, covered by just four coils, this contactor offers high flexibility and application possibilities in various settings. Models AF116 to AF370 are also available in versions that can be directly controlled by a PLC, while from model AF400 onwards, a PLC input is integrated as standard. The auxiliary contacts are designed as mirror contacts according to IEC60947-5-1 Annex L, which increases the reliability and safety of the application. The accessory range includes terminal covers and wiring aids, which further facilitate installation and use.
