Quadlock TQ390 4-Point Truss System

The Quadlock TQ390 is a 4-point truss system made of aluminum, connected by four conical connectors, pins, and clips. The advantage of conical connectors is that they provide a force- and form-fitting connection with the tube, ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and visually appealing assembly for frequent setup and teardown.

The four tubes are made from 50 mm aluminum tubing with a wall thickness of 2 mm, giving this system an excellent weight-to-load capacity ratio. The braces have a diameter of 20 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm, providing increased strength and load capacity. With external dimensions of 390 mm, it is a stable truss system designed for higher loads and longer durability.

This truss system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage construction, exhibition construction, event technology, as well as for permanent installations in nightclubs and theater setups. Its larger external dimensions and reinforced braces allow for the realization of larger structures for touring stages, large nightclubs, etc. The production of this truss system is monitored by TÜV. The load table, which serves as a calculation basis, can be downloaded from the internet before purchase.
