Keyboard and mouse emulation ensures that your server operates smoothly when disconnected from the KVM port of the switch or moved to another KVM port. The KA7188 KVM adapter cable connects a KVM switch to the HDMI video and USB ports of a target computer. The KA7188 supports HDMI output and features two USB connectors for connecting a target computer for keyboard/mouse, virtual media, or smart card/CAC reader functions. Audio de-embedder. The KA7188 supports an audio de-embedder that extracts sound from an HDMI signal. Advanced features of the KA7188 include its compact size and lightweight design, as well as superior signal compensation and delay skew technology for significantly improved video quality.
