The Audio-Technica ATH-M60xa are closed-back monitoring headphones with a metal profile, suitable for studio use, program production, and mobile recording work. The large 45mm drivers with voice coils and neodymium magnets are the same as those in the ATH-M50xa headphones, known for their classic sound quality. They provide excellent sound reproduction across the entire frequency range and precise bass response. The detachable cable and three different cable options offer convenient alternatives for various situations. The memory foam material and good fit of the headphones keep external distractions at bay and ensure comfort even during long sessions. The ATH-M60xa are otherwise identical to their successful predecessor, the ATH-M60x, but the physical dB limiter has been removed.
