If you prefer not to control the device via the voice assistant, you can simply turn off the integrated microphones using the mute button. However, control via mobile phone using Chromecast is still possible. Above the housing, there are additional buttons for volume control, pause/play, reset, and Bluetooth connection. Even without Wi-Fi, the speaker, with an output power of 2 watts, does not remain silent: external devices can be connected via Bluetooth V4.2.
