The ultra-thin HDMI HDBaseT + RS232 and IR over Cat Extender Box Transmitter - 4K 60 Hz allows for the extension of a 4K HDMI source device up to 40 meters to a display using a single Cat6a Ethernet cable. This is the ideal solution for situations where HDMI video and audio need to be delivered to displays in conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and other installations that far exceed the length limitations of conventional HDMI cables.

This transmitter extends HDMI signals over a single network patch cable. Extend 4K HDMI up to 35 meters and 1080p up to 70 meters using a Cat5e or Cat6 cable. For greater 4K distances, extend 4K HDMI up to 40 meters using a Cat6a cable.

This HDMI HDBaseT transmitter is compatible with HDCP 2.2 to ensure that the connection between the source device and the display is secure. With bidirectional PoC support, either a transmitter or receiver power adapter can power both units, eliminating the need for an additional power adapter and providing greater installation flexibility. Advanced users can control bidirectional IR and RS232 pass-throughs.
