HVI conductor (high-voltage resistant insulated discharge) in the support tube, designed to maintain the separation distance from electrically conductive parts according to DIN EN 62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3), in order to prevent dangerous discharges between components of the external lightning protection system and internal conductive parts (electrical installations, pipelines, etc.). To avoid sliding discharges, the HVI conductor is equipped with an outer special sheath that allows for the adjustment of high lightning impulse voltages against a reference potential. The HVI conductor is black, with an internal end closure and a PA spring element in the support tube (length 3200 mm), along with a capture rod (D22 /16 / 10 mm length 2500 mm), grounding connection element, and tripod. The equivalent separation distance is s = 75 cm (in air), s = 150 cm (solid material).
