The robust industrial-grade EX-1181HMS is the smallest USB 3.2 Gen 1 metal hub for up to four devices. The hub provides four USB 3.2 Gen 1 downstream ports with 15 kV ESD surge protection. This allows for the connection of up to four external USB peripherals to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port from a computer in a 19" rack. With power supplied via the two-wire terminal block connection, each USB port can provide 1 A. It supports the SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer rate of up to 5 Gbit/s and is backward compatible with USB 1.1. The EX-1181HMS can be powered by USB bus power or via a two-wire terminal block connection. The hub meets the specific requirements of industrial applications.
