The HX240 HDMI 2.1 Extender enables lossless transmission of HDMI signals up to 4K 120Hz HDR over distances of up to 30 meters using CAT6 cables – latency-free and without visible quality loss. It supports a maximum video resolution of 3840×2160 pixels in RGB or YUV 4:4:4 at SDR, as well as HDR10 with YUV 4:2:2. For longer distances, lower resolutions can reach up to 50 meters. With the integrated infrared transmitters and receivers, you can conveniently control sources and displays remotely. The extender is plug-and-play capable and requires no driver installation. Supported audio formats include PCM 2.0–7.1, Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS, and DTS-HD. It offers HDMI 2.1 support, a data rate of up to 32 Gbps, and EDID selection between 4K 120Hz and display information. With compact dimensions of 84 × 64 × 14.5 mm and powered by the included 12V power supply, it is ideal for high-resolution home theater or presentation solutions.
