The FiiO development team has created the so-called bionic shell for the FH11 earphones. The C-shaped acoustic tube construction provides the earphones with unparalleled sound quality. To achieve the ideal sound, high-quality materials were used, and a 10 mm dome membrane voice coil unit was developed. The carbon-based dome membrane ensures excellent high-frequency resolution while reducing vibrations and nonlinear distortions. The FH11's acoustic three-chamber design optimizes performance across all frequency ranges. The division of the cavity into three chambers and the use of a damping system enable harmonious and precise sound reproduction. Air pressure fluctuations are minimized, and the membrane's response is optimized.

The earphone shell of the FH11 is made from a zinc alloy, produced through die-casting and refined with surface treatments such as polishing and galvanizing. This gives the headphones a glossy texture and a unique appearance. The acoustic inner tube of the FH11 is designed in the shape of a small shell to enhance bass reproduction. It increases the viscosity of the air inside the earphones and lowers the resonance frequency of the cavity, resulting in deep tones being reproduced with exceptional precision and power.

The FH11 not only offers excellent sound and high-quality design but also high wearing comfort. The contact area between the earphone and the ear has been optimized for a comfortable fit. The included earphone cable with 2-pin connectors is replaceable. The FH11 has been certified by the JAS Japan Audio Association and the CEA Consumer Electronics Association for its high-quality audio playback.
