Fujitsu Support Pack and ServiceContract Software
Fujitsu offers support for branded software products from Fujitsu and its partners. This includes diagnosing software incidents and providing workarounds and/or the right to receive bug fixes, updates, and upgrades, as applicable. Software support is provided in a decentralized manner. The availability of bug fixes, updates, and upgrades, as well as the right to receive them, depends on the lifecycle policy of the respective licensor and is detailed in the software-specific technical appendix of the data sheet.
The Fujitsu Support Pack is a product-related service contract with a one-time fee and a fixed contract duration of 1 to 8 years. Before the service period expires, the contract can be extended by purchasing a corresponding follow-up support pack.
Unless otherwise specified, the Fujitsu ServiceContract can be concluded at any time within the product's lifecycle, up to 12 months before the service ends for that product.
