Thanks to their compact design, cable conversion current transformers are particularly suitable for use in hard-to-reach areas and where space is limited. The split core halves further facilitate installation on cables or rails. Wherever an interruption in the current path is problematic or a measuring device needs to be easily retrofitted, cable conversion current transformers are the right choice. The secure mounting of the primary cable in the current transformer is structurally ensured and confirmed by a clearly audible click sound. Two included UV-resistant cable ties additionally secure the transformer.
