Stainless steel V4A probe, nominal length 100 mm, diameter 1.5 mm. Mini thermocouple connector. Food-safe stainless steel probe ideal for measuring the core temperature of meat. The very small diameter ensures that the meat juices remain in the meat after measurement, preventing it from drying out.
