The stand operates on the principle of hanging or resting on two padded legs and features a foldable suspension. The Auto Grip System (AGS) provides an automatic locking mechanism. It has a tripod design for guitars with nut widths ranging from 40 to 52 mm (with the NINA adapter, which supports widths starting from 28 mm). The NINA adapter allows for neck widths starting from 28 mm. The stand includes a simple "Easy Clutch" height adjustment with a locking pin, which can be set in increments of 2.5 cm. The improved foam rubber coating and new design feature non-slip rubber feet for added stability.
