Screw on the connector – and you're ready to go! Easy assembly without crimping tools! The new HICON-BNC0.8/3.7-SM connector utilizes a revolutionary new plug system that greatly simplifies the assembly of BNC and RG cables. You no longer need bulky crimping tools; instead, you can assemble the connector by hand or with the help of two wrenches (sizes 12mm and 13mm) for a 0.8/3.7 video cable (for example, Sommer Cable Vector 600-0162)! The HICON-BNC connector BNC0.8/3.7-SM transmits the 3G and 6G video standards.

1. Slide the end cap over the cable jacket.
2. Strip the cable using a stripping tool (such as WAA Stripping Tool) or a sharp knife.
3. Remove the protruding strands of the shielding braid.
4. Push the cable into the connector until the insulation reaches the stop, allowing the crimp foot to slide under the shield or jacket.
5. Secure the end cap by turning it clockwise until it clicks into place.
6. Depending on the shielding coverage, the end cap can be locked by hand or with additional 12mm and 13mm wrenches.
