With the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator, you can comfortably and according to your needs control your underfloor heating room by room via smartphone app or with the Homematic IP wall thermostat, allowing you to adjust the room temperature to your individual preferences. The underfloor heating actuator can be used in conjunction with motorized actuators to control an underfloor heating system with up to 12 heating circuits and can operate in both heating and cooling modes (provided the heating system supports this mode). The device can be flexibly mounted using the included screws or simply on a DIN rail. Thanks to the secure radio communication between Homematic IP devices, wiring efforts are minimized.
