Whether you see non-existent features like HD Rumble, motion control, NFC IR camera on the Split Pad Compact as a disadvantage depends on your own needs. For my way of playing and for the majority of the games I play, I can do without them. On the other hand, when playing mobile games, I enjoy the much greater comfort compared to the Joy-Con controllers, which tend to leave a rather uncomfortable feeling...

... ????There are two buttons on the back to which you can assign commands. There is also a turbo function. Unfortunately, despite the comparatively high price, the controllers have no vibration motors, no motion sensors and no NFC interface. However, these features are not decisive for the game.
