The HPE StoreEver MSL 1/8 Autoloader and the HPE StoreEver MSL2024 tape library offer a wide range of capacities, including LTO-9, LTO-8, or LTO-7 Ultrium tape drives. HPE CVTL enables easy management of the MSL 1/8 Autoloader and the MSL2024 tape library from any location, reducing the need for IT staff at remote sites. With the standard barcode reader, configurable mail slots, and removable magazines, tape media can be easily managed within and outside the library. The data encryption options protect critical business data from unauthorized access in case of tape loss or theft. Quickly increase capacity and/or performance in the MSL 1/8 Autoloader or MSL2024 tape library with tool-less drive upgrades, or move tape drive kits to the MSL3040 or MSL6480 to leverage the library's scalability and additional enterprise-grade features.
