The Raspberry Pi, unlike the Arduino, does not have analog inputs because there is no ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) integrated into the Raspberry Pi chip. This limits the Raspberry Pi when you want to use sensors that do not output values digitally.

This converter is also included in the Senorset.
This module features a 16-bit accurate ADC that you can use with the Raspberry Pi to expand it by four analog inputs. It connects to the Raspberry Pi via I2C, takes care of the analog measurement, and sends the value digitally to the Raspberry Pi.
