ND 0.45 filter reduces exposure by 1 1/2 stops. This density of 0.45 darkens the entire image, allowing you to shoot with a shorter aperture or a longer shutter speed than usual. By slowing down the shutter speed or increasing the aperture, you can control depth of field and capture motion more easily.
