Product details

Anyone who opts for a receiver will appreciate the fact that it combines all the sources they want in a single place. But what exactly are "all" the sources you want? With the MR 750, Magnat is setting the bar high in this respect, as the multi-talented receiver not only offers the legendary hybrid tube and transistor technology. In addition to Bluetooth, which is based on the lossless aptX standard, the MR 750 also has an HDMI input. And that makes it the ideal partner for media of all kinds. Anyone who knows Magnat knows that Magnat makes no compromises. But doesn't every technology have to make a few concessions? Tubes sound fantastic because they produce harmonic waves that round off the sound perfectly. However, it is difficult to get enough power out of them for demanding speakers. Transistor amplifiers, on the other hand, offer this. Transistor amplifiers, on the other hand, develop this power. That's why Magnat have combined the two. The MR 750's low-noise tube preamplifier contains the now legendary ECC81 double triode tube. It is carefully selected and "burnt in" so that Magnat can guarantee that everything in every MR 750 is perfectly matched so that you can enjoy music for years to come. The powerful and highly efficient transistors then take care of amplifying the music signals - and they do it properly. 70 watts of continuous power are available per channel. And at its peak, the MR 750 delivers a system output of 250 watts.
