The Marumi DHG Super ND1000 filter can delay a specific aperture by 10 stops, which means a longer shutter speed at the same aperture. You do not need to close the aperture further if you want a longer exposure time. This longer exposure time allows you to capture motion in a photo, such as flowing water, as shown in the illustrations.
