Liquid level electrode. Electrodes, holders, and extensions for liquid level relays. Type A - E - large series: A three-pole electrode holder made of high-quality phenolic resin. The upper part consists of a three-pole junction box with a latching cover and a cable gland. The terminals are connected to the electrode contacts in the lower part. The electrodes (to be ordered separately) are screwed into the contacts and secured by a screw in the connector. Mounting thread: 2" pipe thread. B single pole electrode holder for single point monitoring in an electrically conductive tank or for applications where the electrodes require greater spacing. Maximum distance between electrodes should not exceed 1m. The electrodes (to be ordered separately) are fixed with a thread and a locking screw. The holder is mounted with two M5 screws supplied. C single pole electrode holder for high pressure up to 20 kg/cm² (=20 bar) or high temperatures up to 250°C. The electrode (to be ordered separately) is mounted as described above. Stainless steel electrodes (length: 1m, Ø6mm) for the three-pole and one-pole holder as well as the one-pole holder for high pressure with 20mm M6 threads on each end. D electrode sleeves for the extension of electrodes, where the electrodes are connected by threads and locking screws. When extending electrodes on the three-pole holder, the use of electrode separators is recommended. E electrode separator to avoid direct contact between electrodes. The separators are held by the electrode sleeves. Type F - small series: An electrode set consisting of a three-pole holder made of high-quality phenolic resin with three long electrodes that can be shortened if necessary; it is not possible to extend these electrodes. Mounting thread: 1/2" pipe thread. Electrode length: 1m.
