When the emergency call button is pressed, up to five pre-saved phone numbers are called in succession. The hands-free mode is automatically activated. If none of the recipients answer, an SMS with an appropriate distress message is sent to all five phone numbers.

The indicator for incoming calls and messages lights up when there is a missed call or a new message has been received. Standby time decreases if this indicator is not turned off.
