Good73/100
- Warm sound
- very light
- Very long battery life
- trendy look
- Sounds a bit musty
- Presses on the ears
The Pioneer is the only headphone in the test that clamps onto the ears instead of enclosing them. Due to the high contact pressure, this is somewhat uncomfortable in the long run. On the other hand, the HDJ-CUE1BT takes up less space in your luggage. The warm, but also rather muffled sound is okay, but lacks details. The Pioneer's easy operation via buttons and the long battery life are good.
