The M30 Bluetooth Wireless Pad is not directly compatible with the Sega Mega Drive as it does not have dedicated Bluetooth receiver support for the Mega Drive. However, you can use it with the Sega Mega Drive by purchasing the Retro Receiver from 8BitDo separately, which connects Bluetooth controllers to the Mega Drive.
