The controller can be switched between Switch (but only normal rumble), X-Input (Xbox, PC, Android), D-Input (old PC games) and Mac mode. It can be connected with Bluetooth to virtually any Android device. If you only play PC and Android games, you know just leave it on X-Input, works fine (also with USB cable, by the way).
Yes, it has motion control. It is a full Pro Controller replacement but it has "only" normal rumble, not HD rumble.

No, this can be done without any problems
This works perfectly. It is important to connect the controller for use with Steam via Xinput mode (start+x) so that it is recognised by Steam as an Xbox360 controller.

As far as I know, the only difference is the colour scheme: G - GameBoy, SN - SNES.
