I bought this chair and was told that the lumbar cushion can be adjusted to any height. But this chair (the white model) is the only one that doesn't have any holes at head height for the lumbar cushion to pass through. Do I have to do it differently with this chair or do I just not understand it?

Is the back cushion simply at the bottom or can it also be used a little higher, as many gaming chairs have?
