There is one on galaxus MCYT4D/A and a MCYT4SM/A Both are the 2024 macmini with M4, 24GB Ram and 512GB SSD. What is the difference?

Does anyone have any experience of operating a 49" monitor (Dell U4919DW) with a resolution of 5120 x 2880 at 60 Hz via the HDMI port (the USB3 port is already occupied)?
