For me, absolutely FHD 120Hz. 4k makes no sense at this size.
No, neither pen nor bag are included.

No, only Switzerland, Liechtenstein & Germany
Only the lower half of the "traditional" Enter key is the Enter key. In terms of layout, the keyboard corresponds to the photos in the pictures.
We can only offer this notebook in this version with the CH layout. According to internal consultation, the installed graphics card should support the NVENC encoder.
According to Asus, all pens work with MPP 2.0 (Microsoft Pen Protocol). Earlier versions of MPP should also work, but there is no official support. The pen on my Surface Pro 3 works fine.
Hi :) The versions with FHD 120Hz are not yet ordered. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to obtain them at the moment. However, as you mentioned, it would make sense to add them to our range, so we hope that this will change. Unfortunately, we cannot say if and when this will be the case.
That's correct. There is an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 as an internal GPU, and an Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 as an external.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for us to obtain them. However, as you mentioned, it would make sense to add them to our lineup, so we hope we can get them in the future. But if and when this will be the case, we can't tell you at the moment.
So you'll probably get pretty good performance. Enough for current games, but on max graphics with good FPS is questionable. It's still an RTX 3080 Mobile, which will probably be a good bit below a desktop 3080. Depending on cooling performance, that could mean anything from under a 3060 to over a 3070 (both desktop). You'll have to wait for independent reviews for more details.
I'm guessing you don't want to buy the version with the eGPU. It would have all the ports you need. If you only need to connect a monitor with DisplayPort, a docking station is not really worth it; I would use a USB C to DisplayPort adapter. This is a lot cheaper. Otherwise just any USB-C docking station, there are enough of them. Shouldn't be a problem with a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 connection (20Gbps, enough bandwidth). About the pen. I think the Asus Pen SA201H should be included. You don't need to buy another one. I can't tell you if another version with 1TB will be released, you'd have to contact customer service. According to the Asus Switzerland website, there is no sign of any other versions apart from these two.
The notebook has Adaptive Sync technology.
Yes, this version has a 1920x1200 pixel 120hz screen. You must have seen the 4K version (60hz) on the website.
However, I would worry about whether 4k makes sense on a 13" screen. For me, 1440p would be the perfect resolution.
Mea culpa, for some reasons it was showing another name.
I'm pretty sure it's only the 3080, so more heat can be transported away from the CPU in the chassis and it can boost higher.
Internally, a GTX 1650 is installed. An RTX 3080 is installed in the docking station. In other words, you only have the GTX when you're on the move and the RTX when you're docked at home.
I think it depends on how well ASUS can create a standard here. What speaks in favour is that the graphics card can be used without performance losses. What speaks against it is that not every manufacturer now goes and builds in a power supply (with power passthrough) and extra connections. A PCIExpress 8-lane would be quite sufficient for just one eGPU. That would only be the longer right-hand part of the connection without USB-C. However, I also think that if the concept is successful, which I assume it will be, ASUS will surely release several variants (laptop, eGPU combo).
