I am also a spectacle wearer. My regular glasses have relatively thin temples, my sports glasses very thick. Whether I wear sports glasses or not, the headphones always touch my glasses. But I don't really find this a problem and the earphones are basically comfortable to wear anyway. I usually put the glasses on over the earphone temples - that feels more comfortable.

It's no problem at all, I've had the headphones for about a year and I'm very satisfied. No connection problems even when music is playing and a call comes in. Quality on the phone? Simply top! Range as well.

Yes, you can connect the headphones to an Apple Watch and stream your downloaded music from Spotify directly to the headphones via Bluetooth without taking your mobile with you. The prerequisite is that your Apple Watch is using watchOS 5.2 or later and the headphones are already paired with your iPhone so that they are automatically synchronised with the Apple Watch. Alternatively, you can also connect the headphones manually via the Bluetooth settings on the Apple Watch.
