This TZe-S221 is definitely one of them. If it doesn't have to be extra adhesive (S in the product name means "STRONG"), the "normal" TZe-221 is probably also sufficient.

I only use tapes from the TZe-231S series, and this was also stated in the operating instructions for my machine.
The print will definitely go bye-bye, it is not wearable at all.
The band itself should at least withstand a not too warm wash, but I have never tried it.
