They are all usable, but only the lower ones run over the graphics card. hence the glue.

the mobo is the MSI Z490-A PRO since it has an intel chip, the intel graphics can also be used. outputs for this are available on the mainboard. 2nd GPU is also no problem I can't answer the question of exactly what kind of graphics is installed.
