Hello anon, You must first loosen the top cover with the two rear screws and pull it backwards. Then loosen the small cross screw at the top of the glass. Now you can tilt the glass plate forwards and pull it upwards. Done. Now carefully pull out the foam pad. Have fun with the thing.
