Not quite correct: Power cable, HDMI, mini display port to display port and not a USB-C but a USB 3 B to A for the USB hub.

Helpful answer
The Dell U2515H is lighter, uses more power, has a slower screen response time, is brighter and is newer. However, this should not affect graphics editing. If you're also going to be editing video, I'd personally lean towards this one, otherwise both should do the job.
