The correct screen resolution is indeed 1280x1024 but the white decorative bezel is covering some pixels. So probably 1280x960 is also correct from Denver. Make sure to export the pictures in 1280x1024 to ensure best picture sharpness (as pictures don't have to be scaled to fit) while keeping in mind that no important picture details are placed in the top or bottom 32 pixels.

As far as I know, there is only the input for the USB-C cable, cleverly located behind the stand. But you can also connect the computer directly to import images. Or use the Frameo app.
