I checked this with the manufacturer support and seems to be possible to pair TH21 with TH21AB.

I don't know what the fixed network GAP is. I have connected the fixed network via the UPC provider. It works perfectly. It is suitable for senior citizens. For those who are not mobile phone fanatics or used to computers, it is very ideal. Hans Rudolf Eng
