Hello, yes you have to register on the Epson website within 10 days of purchase. Then you have to send an email to the address indicated with a printout of the state of the cartridges. They then send the missing ink by post. A bit complicated but it works...

no, unfortunately it doesn't work. the 102 works for the 4750, for example. the 104 works for the 2710. i have both printers.
