The DE version is technically identical and can be used in Switzerland without an adapter, as the 2-pin power cable supplied fits in both Germany and Switzerland. A special adapter is therefore not required. The Gigaset Box 100 (DE version) is designed for the analogue telephone connection and supports the GAP standard, which basically enables compatibility with analogue telephones such as the Gigaset SL800H. However, unrestricted operation outside Germany is not guaranteed, which is why 100% compatibility with the SL800H cannot be guaranteed. For binding confirmation, we recommend checking the official Gigaset compatibility lists or contacting customer service. Summarised: - No adapter required for the power supply in Switzerland. - Analogue telephony is supported, compatible with GAP-capable devices. - Compatibility with Gigaset SL800H is likely, but not officially guaranteed. If you are unsure, please contact Gigaset support.

The brand says: "Gigaset recommends using Gigaset HX handsets for this product. All DECT handsets are also compatible with DECT hubs of other brands as long as they support the GAP protocol. However, this may result in a limitation of some usage options."

The Gigaset Box 100 (DE version) is compatible with the Sunrise Connect Box 3 and can be connected directly to it. It supports both analogue and VoIP connections, which enables connection to the Sunrise router. There is no explicit confirmation in the available information regarding the connection with the Gigaset E390. Gigaset recommends the use of Gigaset HX handsets for the Box 100, as all DECT handsets that support the GAP protocol are basically compatible, but with possible limitations in terms of functions. The Gigaset E390 is not an HX handset, so compatibility may be limited or non-existent. To summarise: - The Box 100 DE version works with Sunrise Connect Box 3. - The Box 100 is optimised for Gigaset HX handsets. - Compatibility with the Gigaset E390 has not been confirmed and may be limited. For safe use with the Gigaset E390, we recommend contacting Gigaset customer service or checking the official documentation.

The compatibility of the Gigaset Box 100 (DE version) with the Gigaset E290HX telephone and a Sunrise Connect Box 3 cannot be precisely determined without specific information about the Box 100. In general, Gigaset products are often compatible with DECT technology, which is used in many Gigaset phones. For exact confirmation of compatibility, I recommend consulting the official Gigaset documentation or customer service.

The difference lies in the scope of delivery. In this case, it is the telephone cable and the operating instructions, as the power plug is a 2-pin power cable that can be used in both Switzerland and Germany. Technically, they are identical.

Here is the answer from our responsible department: Unfortunately, the provider cannot give us an answer to this question because he has no contact with Swisscom. We therefore recommend that you contact Swisscom directly.

Hello Steinma92, The Gigaset N870 IP Pro are specially designed for Gigaset Pro DECT phones and are a multi-cell system. This means that each station can take on different roles, which you can assign at the touch of a button. The N870 IP Pro has an integrated DECT Manager as well as the roles as the basis for the DECT radio. Therefore, technically speaking, the DX800a does not work. It is also important to note that you assign each handset its own call number, as you are in a different cell with each base, so the intercom with checkboxes is no longer possible as it used to be or is only available with the N510 IP Pro station, which is being replaced. (I am a Gigaset Pro Partner). I therefore advise against installing a multi-radio system without specialist knowledge and appropriate training. There is also not much in the user guide and all functions are assigned via Hosted PBX. At the moment, the N870 IP Pro only supports the phones listed on the Gigaset Pro. I hope I have been able to help and wish you all the best. LG Youtec

The DECT Manager is supplied via PoE as standard. So if the network is PoE-capable, it does not need a power supply unit. Otherwise there are the following possibilities (either/or): 1- Set up PoE 2- Buy the power supply unit according to the installation instructions (chapter "Accessories"). According to my information, this should be Siemens item C39280-Z4-C706 (please check your own documents, as the N720 is not explicitly mentioned on the power supply product page). If I understand correctly, the part number of the compatible power supply should also be on the back or bottom of the N720. Gigaset replacement power supply for DX600A/DX800A/DL500
