I would like to print with these 2 identical printers in different rooms with an iPad Pro via WLAN and via Airprint. Will both printers be displayed so that I can distinguish them?

Yes, AirPrint can display multiple printers. You can give each printer a name, which is then displayed in the AirPrint dialogue so that you can easily select the printer.

Compatibility with MacOS and Windows 10?

We operate the printer under Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 in a network via WLAN - works perfectly. I can't say anything about MacOS, but printing from the iPhone is no problem.
