Can you get 165hz out of it if you hook the screen up to an M1 MacBook?

According to my research, there are users who have operated this display with an M1 and at 165Hz. It is recommended to connect the display with DisplayPort or USB-C.

I bought this screen recently thinking that it would support HDR but it is impossible to activate it. In the settings of the screen it says: HDR certification not found. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks G
