Unfortunately, I can't say anything about semi-open.
They are definitely suitable for sports. They fit surprisingly well. They don't feel like it. I don't know if it's the weight, but I hardly notice them in my ears.

The Jabra Elite 10 are wireless Bluetooth headphones and do not support connection via a dongle. If your notebook is locked for Bluetooth pairing and can only be connected via a dongle, the Jabra Elite 10 would not be directly compatible with such a setup.
