Is the voice quality of your calls also so bad, or are my headphones broken? When I'm on the phone, the ambient noise (public transport announcements, shouting children, wind noise at construction sites, etc.) seems to be extremely loud, but I haven't found anything in the settings. So the headphones are actually unusable as a headset. What are your experiences? Thank you.

I have to turn the headphones "in the ear". Set the noise cancellation on the left ear or in the app. Then it should fit.

Hello, do the headphones hold well in the ear for e.g. mountain biking and under the helmet? (Headphones like Airpods do not hold in my ears).

I wouldn't recommend them for mountain biking. There are extra sport models with a small strap or, if you want to be on the safe side, those that are connected with a continuous strap. They are probably the better choice because they don't fall to the ground. One more tip, try how they fit in the ear cup for comfort and sound.
